VSColorOuput - Version 2.0 Beta 1 Ready

Big changes are in store.

• Settings stored in an external file %AppData%/Roaming/VSColorOutput/settings.json. Share your settings with family and friends (other developers too).
• Handles theme changes correctly (finally!)
• Turn off find results highlighting
• All settings in a separate dialog (including colors)

For the beta, only VS2015 is supported.
